As the season starts to change, the days start getting colder and the nights get darker. Fall seems were lonely and melancholic for some reason & puts us in a gloomy mood.

Therefore, it is the perfect time to wind down and take care of yourself to uplift your mood.

Make a wishlist of your fav things you wanna try this season from the list below. Then try to take out some time from your everyday routine to practice those things.

1. Become a plant mom

If this is something you’ve always dreaded because you can’t take care of plants, there are many great indoor air plants that survive in low light and require low maintenance.

It is a great way to indulge in some self-care as plants freshen the air and taking some time out of your day to water them can help you relax!

You can either put them in a stand or hang them so they don’t take a lot of space.

2. Read a book

Reading a book or two can help you slow down and practice mindfulness. Read your favorite novel or some personal development book to enhance your outlook on life.

It helps you understand yourself and be more in touch with your thoughts and emotions.
